What we offer:
We offer a wide range of homeowner insurance policies to fit your needs, including:
-
Damage to your home and its contents: This is the most basic coverage that homeowner insurance provides. It will pay to repair or replace your home if it is damaged by fire, wind, hail, or other covered perils. It will also pay to replace your personal belongings if they are stolen or damaged in a covered loss.
-
Liability coverage: This coverage protects you if someone is injured on your property or if you damage someone else's property. For example, if a guest slips and falls on your wet floor, your liability coverage would pay for their medical bills and if they sue you.
-
Medical payments coverage: This coverage pays for the medical expenses of people who are injured on your property, even if you are not at fault. This can be helpful if someone is injured in a slip and fall accident or if they are bitten by your dog.
-
Loss of use coverage: This coverage pays for your living expenses if your home is uninhabitable due to a covered loss. For example, if your home is damaged by fire and you have to stay in a hotel or long term rent a house, your loss of use coverage would pay for the cost of the hotel or rent.
-
Additional living expenses: This coverage is similar to loss of use coverage, but it also covers the cost of meals, transportation, and other expenses that you incur while your home is being repaired.
-
Dwelling coverage: This coverage pays to repair or replace the structure of your home. It is typically the largest part of your homeowner insurance policy.
-
Personal property coverage: This coverage pays to replace your personal belongings if they are stolen or damaged in a covered loss.
-
Additional coverages: There are a number of additional coverages that you can add to your homeowner insurance policy, such water backup, equipment breakdown, scheduled personal property, replacement cost personal property and dwelling, and identity theft protection to mention a few.

Long Island is a densely populated island in southeastern New York State, constituting a significant share of the New York metropolitan area in terms of both population and land area. With over eight million inhabitants as of 2020, it is the most populous island in the United States and the 18th-most populous island in the world.
-
The island begins at New York Harbor and extends 118 miles (190 km) eastward into the North Atlantic Ocean with a maximum north-south width of 23 miles (37 km). Long Island's land area of 1,401 square miles (3,630 km2) makes it the largest island in the contiguous United States.
-
Long Island is divided among four counties, with Kings (Brooklyn), Queens, and Nassau occupying its western third, and Suffolk its eastern two-thirds. As of 2020, more than half (58.4%) of New York City residents live geographically on Long Island in the boroughs of Brooklyn and in Queens, although in common parlance, the term "Long Island", locally "the Island", refers exclusively to the counties of Nassau and Suffolk. Conversely, locally, the term "the City" refers to Manhattan alone. The Nassau-Suffolk-only definition of Long Island is recognized as a region by the State of New York.
